Recovery through physical fitness

Many studies have proven those who are actively involved in physical activities and less likely to fall in anxieties and stress. Many depressed students go through loneliness and feeling of worthlessness. Participation in recreational sports and physical activities helps students to come out of depression and motivates them to participate in team activities and thus improve self-esteem. With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need.
