One Step at a Time
Art has an important role in mental health and wellbeing. Researches had shown that spending time on an activity that one enjoys can help people through difficult times and make them feel happier and relaxed. Young children can express difficult feelings better through artwork or creative play than talking. Through our organization's student lead art and creative programs, we provide a safe environment and resources to express themselves, manage emotions and reduce stress.
